Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in data-focused roles. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in roles like Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Data Scientist is required, along with hands-on experience with Looker, including LookML development and maintaining complex data models. Experience with additional BI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Data Product Services Manager will be responsible for developing and refining the Insights Product's LookML data model to enhance how internal and external stakeholders interact with data. This includes partnering with customers to understand their analytics needs, making strategic adjustments to the data model, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to leverage data tools for testing product fit and increasing operational efficiency. The role involves formulating and optimizing LookML/SQL queries, building bespoke dashboards and reports in Looker, participating in Scrum/sprint planning, implementing Insights, and guiding data model enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
