Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or its foreign equivalent, along with four years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst. Required experience includes four years of SQL, four years with RDBMS database structures and data formats like JSON and XML, three years with Excel and Google Sheets, three years with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift, and two years of experience with low-code automation and ETL tools like Fivetran, Stitch Data, and Workato.

Responsibilities

The Data Operations Analyst will document and maintain business system data schemas, lineage, and flows related to GTM and QTC. They will build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines using low-code ETL tools, collaborate with data strategists on data standardization and Enterprise Data Model updates, and work with data engineers to land raw business systems data into the data warehouse. Additionally, they will help design and publish dashboards to communicate data pipeline health, growth, and breadth.
