Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school graduate or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination, and at least 1-2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting physical hardware. They must also have tech savvy knowledge about handling data center issues, intermediary skills in Excel, and client management experience as a plus. A mandatory BGV clearance is required.

Responsibilities

The Data Transfer Coordinator will be responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily, overseeing data transfer operations within assigned regions and globally as needed. This includes monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams, monitoring cloud-based data transfer processes, identifying inconsistencies, conducting routine system checks, escalating issues when necessary, proactively communicating with stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution, resolving customer queries, providing regular project updates, collaborating with multinational teams to standardize global processes, driving discussions, and anticipating business needs, and problem-solving while prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
