Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school graduate or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination, and at least 1-2 years of experience operating and troubleshooting physical hardware. They must also have tech savvy knowledge about how to handle data center issues, be intermediary in Excel, and hold mandatory BGV clearance.

Responsibilities

The Data Transfer Coordinator will be responsible for handling electronic devices and operating servers daily, overseeing data transfer operations within an assigned region and globally as needed, monitoring physical asset availability, ensuring process compliance, managing inventory via dashboards, and liaising with software, hardware, and logistics teams. They will also monitor cloud-based data transfer processes, identify inconsistencies, conduct routine system checks, escalate issues when necessary, proactively communicate with stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution and resolve customer queries, collaborate with multinational teams to standardize global processes, drive discussions, and anticipate business needs, and prioritize tasks based on urgency while occasionally attending meetings outside of regular working hours.
