Familiarity with speech analytics tools and emerging technologies including LLMs and generative AI is also required. Experience in data analysis and generating insights from structured and unstructured data is expected.
The Data Analytics & Insights Analyst will examine data to extract meaningful insights about the partner experience, aiming to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating visual reports to communicate findings and recommendations, leveraging AI and LLMs to automate analysis, and deriving insights from partner feedback via surveys and conversations. The analyst will also produce repeatable insight reports, partner with the Experience Management team, and stay updated on customer experience analytics trends.
