Candidates must possess a BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, with over 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst. Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and data integration techniques is required, along with strong knowledge of reporting tools and database programming languages like SQL. Experience with big data programming (e.g., Spark, Hive, Python) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings are essential.
The Data Analyst will interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports, analysis, and dashboards measuring guest data health and product OKRs. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing trends in complex datasets to inform the GDP roadmap, working with product management to prioritize use cases using data-driven insights, and setting up and measuring A/B tests. The role also involves understanding guest data flows, identifying data dependencies, and developing and maintaining an enterprise data dictionary aligned with the business glossary and technology landscape.
