Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at Aescape, you will serve as the company’s data expert, helping teams across the organization deepen their understanding of metrics and analytics, turning business questions into actionable data, defining and operating our data infrastructure, establishing golden tables, metrics, and ensuring pipeline health, partnering with product and marketing to design and execute experiments, building automated reporting systems and self-service analytics components, owning KPI definition and reporting, surfacing trends and anomalies, leading customer satisfaction measurement initiatives, and creating our AI/analytics roadmap while continuously optimizing our data stack for scale.
