Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, proficiency in reporting and data visualization software like Tableau BI, and familiarity with Elasticsearch and its modules. Experience with Python, SQL, and version control systems such as Git is required, along with a creative mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies. Experience with Machine Learning libraries and the b2b cloud communications industry, including WebRTC, A2P messaging (Kafka), or VoIP, is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will support the technical execution of monitoring needs, data analytics, testing, and automation. They will build, maintain, and improve alerts on identified fields to monitor products, and assist the Fraud team by developing new alerts and algorithms to identify fraudulent activity. The role also involves liaising with Data and Core teams to enhance data consumption for projects and frameworks, and working through technical challenges creatively and collaboratively.
