Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
Strong presentation and reporting skills
High degrees of skill with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights
Familiarity with relational and dimensional database concepts, querying, data warehouses, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across technology teams
Strong project management skills (a plus)

Support the analytics needs of Technology’s Strategic Spend organization and enable insights across the broader Technology organization
Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their strategies, how they align with corporate strategies, and determine ways to use analytics to drive decision making
Work with the IT Optimization team to develop and report on metrics and key performance indicators
Work with Enterprise License Management team to develop and report on utilization of software and hardware licenses to maintain compliance
Work with the Total Cost of Ownership team to deliver reporting to application teams and Technology Leadership
Use a combination of tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, and/or PowerPoint) to create and deliver insightful reporting in a sustainable and scalable manner
Create and maintain requirements, specifications, and business processes documentation
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to enhance processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy, viability, and value
Foster a positive and collaborative environment
