Requirements

Candidates should be recent graduates (2024 or 2025 passing year) with an MBA, BBA, or any non-tech graduate/post-graduate degree and a strong academic background. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, along with knowledge of corporate finance, accountancy, financial statements, and annual reports. Proficiency with secondary research sources, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills, and the ability to conduct efficient online research are required. Willingness to work in a 24*5 rotational shift environment is also a must.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information from various public research sources, including government documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, and analyst reports, to support data integrity and comprehensiveness. Responsibilities include collating, analyzing, and extracting financial and non-financial data, entering it into work tools according to guidelines, and understanding dataset workflows and work tools. The role involves providing input for new collection methods and product enhancements, meeting individual and team targets with quality, developing technical expertise within the department, troubleshooting problems, supporting workflow enhancements, and reviewing feedback to improve accuracy and processes.
