Requirements
Candidates must possess strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and large datasets, and have hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Experience building and maintaining data models using dbt, a background in business, analytics, or a technical field, proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are also required. Experience in a SaaS or tech environment is preferred, with bonus points for familiarity with Snowflake, event analytics tools, or CRM tools.
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and uncover insights, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and develop data models using dbt and SQL. They will partner with teams to understand data needs, deliver data-driven recommendations, provide ad hoc analyses, and contribute to self-serve data tools. Responsibilities also include validating and troubleshooting data accuracy, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
