Requirements

Candidates must possess Board Certification in Genetic Counseling, with a Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling or an equivalent from an ABGC-approved program. Experience in prenatal genetic counseling is preferred. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, along with exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels and externally are essential.

Responsibilities

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will serve as a scientific and clinical resource for healthcare professionals in Women's Health, providing in-depth education on Natera's reproductive health testing products through presentations. This role involves extensive travel (75% weekly) for in-person customer meetings, managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting Natera's Sales and Marketing teams. The MSL will also represent Natera at scientific congresses, support clinical trial initiatives, and maintain up-to-date scientific and clinical expertise.
