A minimum of 6 months of cattle-related experience
Animal Health experience and knowledge of dairy genetics industry is preferred
In-depth product and disease knowledge
Experience with Dairy Comp, DHI Plus, Bovisync, PC Dart or other herd management software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and online applications
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to customer locations across defined geography
Ability to be on site at farm or facility if needed
Responsibilities
Aligning with Field Force on newly established Genetics accounts to successfully onboard customers with the Genetics ordering process and results reporting
Utilizing excellent presentation skills to conduct educational training that will build trust with customers through developing reliability, credibility and follow-up
Managing a broad geographic area with a diverse customer base to achieve genetic sales targets and objectives
Technical & commercial knowledge – general knowledge of dairy industry, in-depth product knowledge of Zoetis genetic products, and business & financial acumen of local customer base
Teamwork – share, collaborate and act as a team player
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed
Marketing activation related to the genetics platform
Troubleshooting to ensure that customers maximize the impact of the technology
