This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office, mainly in Koto-ku, Tokyo, with options for remote work from home and client offices.

Required experience includes 5+ years in IT technical roles such as system building, maintenance, or operations management; leadership or sub-leadership in maintenance/operations teams; project management knowledge and experience; ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partners; documentation creation and customer explanation skills; and foundational knowledge in Server, Network, Storage, OS, Linux, VMware, Database, M365.
