Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer with AI/ML Expertise
Position Overview
ConnectOS is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer with a strong background in AI/ML development to join our team. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, customizations, and integrations of Business Central, with a focus on leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance business processes and drive automation.

Requirements
- Skills Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (including NAV), specifically in working with the underlying schema and developing/supporting extensions.
- Strong command of AL language and experience developing custom extensions and modules.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, including integration of AI services into business applications.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and related development tools.
- Solid understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, sales, service, and operations.
- Experience with REST APIs, OData, and web services integration.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related technologies (Developer or Functional Consultant Intermediate or Advanced).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, OpenAI APIs, or Copilot Studio.
- Background in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Passionate about the evolution of the Business Central platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations and customizations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop custom extensions using AL language and integrate with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligent features within Business Central.
- Develop and deploy AI models or integrate existing AI services (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot, ML models) into Business Central workflows.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Business Central environments.
- Utilize tools such as Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Docker for development and version control.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT and go-live activities.
