Candidates must possess strong critical thinking and accountability skills, be adaptable to change, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs is necessary, and experience in customer support or service is a plus. Applicants must reside in Ukraine.
Process member requests by responding to tickets, providing information about benefits, and assisting members in utilizing them effectively. Search for doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities to meet member needs. Interact with members via telephone and chat to provide support and care, including making outbound calls to members and providers for appointment scheduling and closing care gaps. Partner with leadership and staff to determine strategies for supporting practices and members. Deliver an exceptional customer experience to HealthJoy's American customer base.
