Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, with Tier 2 or tech space experience being a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience using Freshdesk or Zendesk is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts. An aptitude for numbers and math is necessary, as is a desire to understand and help hourly workers. An entrepreneurial attitude and a passion for fintech and Clair's mission are also important qualifications.
The Customer Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service to users via phone, text, and email, acting as the first line of support. They will become a product expert on Clair's signup, wage advance, and repayment products, gaining in-depth knowledge of earned wage advance support and the on-demand pay space. This role involves mediating between product, tech, and partner teams to ensure a positive user experience and working closely with a team invested in Clair's users and mission.
