The Customer Support & Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for processing refunds for online orders accurately and promptly. This includes generating and managing shipping labels for outgoing packages and answering customer phone calls with professionalism and clarity. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following internal procedures, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely order resolution.
