About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our expanding mobile team. You will lead high-impact projects in the audio AI domain, focusing on delivering new features for our reader app and ensuring seamless integration with our AI-driven audio functionalities. This role offers the opportunity to identify and drive significant impact through strategic initiatives and incremental improvements within a dynamic team.

We value engineers who are impact-driven, autonomous, and skilled at extracting crucial insights from experimental data. A strong background in native Android development with a proven track record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of innovative features in mobile projects by utilizing data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize user experiences.
• Plan and deploy necessary mobile platform infrastructure for building, testing, and deploying product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and research teams to achieve product goals.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the application.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices and coding standards.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
