Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships, and a College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferred. They should demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as high levels of communication proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

The Customer Supply Chain Associate will work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries, utilize multiple systems for order entry, verify customer orders for accuracy, and communicate updates/changes to both internal and external customers. They will also track customer adherence to order rules, monitor inventory, direct allocation priorities, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, develop strong customer relationships, collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth order process, and prepare customer-related reports. Furthermore, they will analyze dashboards to drive action plans, monitor late orders, and may require some travel within North America to address customer needs and support issue management.
