Requirements

Candidates should possess a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations/Inventory Management, or Supply Chain, which is preferred. A CITT and/or APICS designation is considered an asset, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with JD Edwards and Salesforce. Strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills are also required, alongside a focus on customer satisfaction and excellent relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

The Customer Supply Chain Associate - Data will be responsible for designing and implementing methods for collecting and managing supply chain data, analyzing data and KPIs to identify areas for optimization, identifying trends and patterns, developing solutions to address supply chain issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating findings and recommendations, adhering to customer operations processes, managing and reviewing open order reports, partnering with teams in weekly meetings, collaborating with Sales for process improvement, and utilizing MS Office, particularly Excel.
