The role requires a good understanding of software and platform design, deep knowledge of regulatory and external requirements, ability to translate platform architecture into business results, and skills in value-based selling, ROI analysis, and technical demonstrations.
You will work closely with the central CX-team, regional customer teams including Customer Success Strategists and Managers, and central specialists such as Software and Service Specialists to ensure unified value communication.
