As a Customer Success Partner (CSP), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, from executive leadership to end-users. The CSP acts as a critical link between Qventus and the client, ensuring effective communication and coordination between external stakeholders and internal Product and Delivery teams. You will manage the entire customer engagement lifecycle, from kickoff through go-live and ongoing success, creating and maintaining complex, cross-functional project plans with matrixed teams. This role combines aspects of engagement management, account management, and analytics. You will develop deep product knowledge to successfully deploy solutions, identify new use cases, lead account strategy, and drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow successful partnerships with nationally leading healthcare provider organizations.
  • Oversee cross-functional work to meet contractual commitments and maintain positive relationships for expansion or renewal.
  • Leverage deep functional expertise to sustain buy-in from core users and executives regarding workflows and solution adoption.
  • Effectively lead complex engagements with matrixed teams (clinical, technical, and operational).
  • Articulate Qventus’ value proposition and create value for customers by establishing clearly defined business outcomes.
  • Challenge the status quo at client sites and influence clients to adopt industry-best practices through strong partnership and communication skills.
  • Advocate internally for critical product improvements and collaborate with the Product team to implement new solution functionality.
  • Navigate difficult conversations with client executives using clearly presented business cases to effect system-wide change.
  • Cultivate a customer base that is enthusiastic about Qventus and serves as a reference for prospective customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of professional experience working at a leading healthcare consulting firm or in a professional services role at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
  • Project management experience for complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of provider-side hospital operations.
  • A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% nationwide.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Business development, sales, or account management/growth experience.
  • Knowledge of the landscape of acute care patient flow processes, challenges, and solutions.
  • Change management experience.
  • Experience working with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.
