As a Customer Success Operations Apprentice at CrowdStrike, you will work directly with the Customer Success team to analyze operational efficiency and optimize customer success processes, gaining valuable experience in both technical and commercial aspects of Customer Success Operations. You will contribute to projects, implement process improvements, build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools, conduct comprehensive audits of internal and customer-facing training documentation, and perform thorough data quality audits to ensure data integrity. Additionally, you will participate in the planning and execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
