The company is seeking a Customer Success Operations Analyst to join its growing Customer Success Operations team. This role involves collaborating with Technical Support, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to execute operational activities that drive customer success and business growth. The analyst will also provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance
  • Self-starter, capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team contributor, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to new responsibilities, and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key)
  • Experience with CRM, Customer Success Management, and/or Support Case Management tools

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational activities to support Customer Success, including reviewing price quotes, assigning account team members, and formatting/sending automated customer communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
