Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance. They must be a self-starter capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and a strong team contributor able to work independently and cross-functionally. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps, and experience with CRM, Customer Success Management, and/or Support Case Management tools.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Operations Analyst, the individual will execute operational activities to support Customer Success, including reviewing price quotes, assigning account team members, and formatting customer communications. They will work closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of these activities, develop and maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success tools and processes, provide internal end-user support for these tools, and identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
