Pushpay is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our key Enterprise customers. This is a quota-based role focused on retention, renewal rates, and driving increased business through expansion and upsell. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they realize value from the Pushpay platform, fostering long-term partnerships and driving giving through the platform. You'll also cultivate relationships with senior staff and executive contacts.
