Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent engineering degree, along with 10+ years of experience working with Enterprise software solutions, and preferably startup experience. They must have 5+ years of Linux Scripting experience, database/SQL skills, proficiency in programming languages like Python and Java, and 3-5 years of Helm deployments with expertise in the technology. Additionally, 5+ years of customer success experience, particularly within security companies managing large enterprise customers, is required, alongside domain expertise in Mobility & Security being highly desirable. The ability to travel is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager (Resident Engineer) will proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals, referenceability, and facilitate expansion opportunities with sales teams, drive product adoption and demonstrate business value, and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer by demonstrating strong domain & functional understanding of the solution. They will also maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, manage risks and escalations, act as a customer advocate by gathering feedback, assist with customer onboarding including deployment planning and risk mitigation, and collaborate effectively with internal teams – particularly Engineering and Product – to address customer issues. Roll up your sleeves and learn the product and its deployment to have quality conversations with the customer.
