Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will contribute meaningfully to the long-term success of the customer portfolio by finding efficient and creative ways to manage customers and deliver a positive impact. They will monitor and maintain account health for Arta Members, proactively identifying opportunities to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and overall value from services. Serving as the primary point of contact for Arta Members, they will guide them through the suite of offerings, facilitate connections with experts in various fields, assist in managing the client email queue, and work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and insights. Additionally, they will assist members in accessing services within the Family Office network and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and tools.
