Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager I will be responsible for managing a high volume of small spend accounts, identifying and flagging risks that may lead to customer churn, and building strong client relationships by addressing pain points and recognizing growth opportunities. They will act as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing product and operational feedback with internal stakeholders, and will ensure a high-quality customer experience by coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer requests and drive platform adoption.
