Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships and maximize satisfaction across a group of Mid Market Football accounts in APAC
  • Be involved in all aspects of support and account management, including demonstrating products, educating customers, and carrying out engagement and commercial activities
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets by running meetings to understand client needs and identify upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executive (AE) colleagues to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Help users get maximum benefit and higher ROI from their subscription
