Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage in existing customer new pipeline generation activities such as targeted outreach campaigns, discovery calls, and strategic growth marketing initiatives to identify new revenue opportunities and drive customer growth
  • Promote the advantages of using the Airwallex platform and ensure customer base utilizes it effectively
  • Identify potential churning customers and potential interventions
  • Educate and drive engagement of Self-Serve portfolio to use the full range of Airwallex products through lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Ideate and co-create potential triggers and offers with marketing and strategy support
  • Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for product utilization and provide day-to-day support to enable customers to operate and grow
  • Base customer relationships on deep understanding of their business and Airwallex’s product suite to meet mutual goals
