Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the financial technology or brokerage industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex relationships and understand business priorities. Experience with B2B customer management and SaaS products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for B2B/enterprise customers, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial contract signature to renewal. You will proactively manage customer relationships, monitor their progress towards key results, identify and mitigate risks, and drive adoption of Alpaca features. Additionally, you will forecast growth, maintain regular contact with customers, represent the partner internally, and provide internal communication and reporting on overall account performance.
