Responsibilities

  • Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) process management to accelerate customer onboarding and improve cash collection efficiency
  • Support account ownership transitions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues and improve response times
  • Create compelling customer-facing content including FAQs, user guides, and best practice documentation
  • Support the design and delivery of webinars to boost product adoption and customer success
  • Contribute to self-serve resource development that empowers customers to maximize platform value
  • Support Customer Success team with operational setup and process improvements
  • Help build scalable processes and workflows that benefit the entire customer base
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on reducing churn and increasing customer satisfaction
