Requirements

  • Erfahrung in B2B-SaaS-Umgebungen, idealerweise in einer Post-Sales- oder Service-Rolle

Responsibilities

  • Innovative Serviceleistungen entwickeln – konzipieren, testen und implementieren neuer Ansätze, um den Customer Success auf das nächste Level zu bringen
  • Maßnahmen umsetzen & Erfolge messen – neue Services operativ umsetzen und deren Erfolg anhand relevanter KPIs analysieren
  • Kund*innen betreuen & Bedürfnisse erkennen – durch regelmäßige Gespräche Potenziale identifizieren und entwickelte Lösungen validieren
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Teams & Stakeholdern – gemeinsam mit internen Abteilungen Strategien entwickeln, um Retention, Churn-Rate und Marktanteile zu optimieren
  • Impulse für neue Services setzen – mit Innovationsgeist und proaktiver Herangehensweise frische Ideen einbringen und Weiterentwicklung der Services vorantreiben
