The Customer Success Engineer will directly support users to maximize their value from the Hightouch platform, addressing inquiries via various channels such as Intercom, Slack, phone, and email. They will collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure optimal customer experiences, contribute to cross-functional projects, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. The role requires a self-starter approach, willingness to embrace ambiguity, and a commitment to challenging existing processes while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
