Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise consulting experience, with experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts; Fortune 500 experience is a plus. Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Director, you will be the go-to strategic partner for enterprise customers, leading high-value conversations, accelerating ROI, boosting product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities. You’ll build and execute strategic adoption and value plans, drive executive-level discussions, champion best practices, collaborate with internal teams, guide customers in embedding HireVue tools into their workflows, educate on best practices, and represent the customer internally.
