Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD
  • Own renewals with a clear, fixed pricing structure
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with Account Management team
  • Build and run automated email sequences, renewal journeys, and usage prompts using HubSpot
  • Support tech-driven onboarding for new schools that join your segment
  • Track teacher and student usage and run targeted nudges at key moments
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to refine and improve repeatable, scalable service motions
