Proficiency in MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Fluency in at least 3 languages (Preference: English / Hindi / Malayalam / Marathi / Bengali / Telugu/ Tamil)

Responsibilities

Educate members on the complete course of the program
Support and guide members in procuring the necessary items required to start the program
Understand and strictly adhere to the onboarding process
Schedule trainings and consultations for onboarding members
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
Act as a single point of contact for new members during onboarding, addressing queries and concerns promptly
Handle member grievances with professionalism and empathy
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities
