Candidates should possess a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, more than one year of experience in a customer service role, superior organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Zendesk and Google Docs is considered a plus.
The Customer Success Associate will provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone or email, process customer support requests according to established policies, work closely with the operations team to resolve issues, provide feedback to the operations team, and partner with other teams to meet customer expectations. They will also acquire new knowledge and enhance their skills to improve customer service.
