Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a technical customer success manager/account manager, technical implementation specialist, solutions architect, sales engineer or related role
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and proficiency in designing solutions for this domain
  • Strong understanding of API security, versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to take responsibility for projects of increasing complexity, driving technical vision and execution from conception to deployment
  • Comfortable and effective in presenting to diverse audiences, from technical staff to C-suite executives
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and leverage diverse teams to achieve project goals

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of solution design for new and existing customers, ensuring technical implementation success and scaling best practices across the organization
  • Serve as the team's resource with deep technical expertise to support customer success managers with more complex customers, including assisting with integration strategies, data models, APIs, and complex use cases (e.g., cyber, two-way communications, risk management)
  • Work with customer success managers to build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders and lead technical discovery sessions to understand a customer's goals, workflows, and systems (SIEMs, TIPs, dashboards), ensuring alignment between the customer's needs and technical design
  • Work with customer success managers to ensure customers fully adopt and get value from key features and capabilities, including delivering workshops, deep-dive best practice sessions, and architectural reviews
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" by bringing valuable customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the product roadmap, and escalating bugs
  • Develop and maintain best practices, playbooks, and documentation for solution design
