Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with designated customers
  • Acting as the technical reference for customers in planning and delivering proactive service improvements together with the account team
  • Developing a broad multi-technology expertise, and product & service portfolio knowledge
  • Owning the operational relationship with the customer
  • Following up customer escalations, to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Providing consultative advice, collaboration, operational best practices sharing, and having a broad technical understanding of the customer’s business and IT environment
  • Communicating with customers on an ongoing basis on all aspects of the service delivery cycle
  • Proactively proposing improvements and changes to the customers’ IT environment
  • Identifying customer needs for additional services that could lead to future service revenue growth
  • Motivating a team when needed and being enthusiastic about IT solutions and services
  • Acting as a good ambassador for the customer within HPE, working professionally in solving and escalating all kinds of support-related issues
