Responsibilities

  • Sales orders management within JDE system including relevant documents preparation
  • Invoices preparation and their sending to customers
  • Product returns process management including Credit Notes preparation
  • Active communication with the relevant dedicated customers to maximize their business potential
  • Backorders processing and recording
  • Active communication with internal customers, especially with Business Unit Head, Key Account Leads and Sales reps to ensure mutual know-how sharing
  • Set up relevant customers in JDE system, communication with Finance department
  • Participation in regular meetings of relevant business teams
  • Regular co-operation with employee responsible for forecasting to minimize product´s out of stock
  • JDE issues solving via Help Line (following the process)
  • Customer Service team support and back up other CS colleague
  • Customer Operations department support based on CS Lead requests
