Responsibilities

  • Führen qualifizierter Kundengespräche sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Produktanfragen
  • Komplexe Auftragsabwicklung von Bestellung bis Verrechnung, inklusive Eingabe in das Warenwirtschaftssystem (auch in Englisch)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst sowie externen Logistikdienstleistern; flexibler Einsatz im Customer Service
  • Verwaltung von Konsignationslagern
  • Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Projektarbeiten
  • Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und effektive Nutzung digitaler Tools zur Prozessoptimierung
