Responsibilities
Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the day-to-day business, especially being supportive in all steps of order processing for the assigned customers
Receiving and managing customer orders in the current IT-System
Monitoring of orders in arrears, and if necessary arranging alternative delivery dates
Supervising of leaving shipments on a daily basis while also transferring individual customer priorities
Recording and implementing of individual shipping instructions with the responsible shipping and customs department
Managing and maintaining the individual prices and master file data of the assigned customer accounts
Taking ownership of the customer complaint handling by receiving, managing and forwarding customer complaints to the involved departments
Responsible for handling Customer Accounts Receivables
