Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or completed 3 years vocational business education
  • 2 years experience in Customer Services
  • Very good German, verbally and written
  • Very good English, verbally and written
  • Very good French, verbally and written

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in the day-to-day business, especially being supportive in all steps of order processing for the assigned customers
  • Receiving and managing customer orders in the current IT-System
  • Monitoring of orders in arrears, and if necessary arranging alternative delivery dates
  • Supervising of leaving shipments on a daily basis while also transferring individual customer priorities
  • Recording and implementing of individual shipping instructions with the responsible shipping and customs department
  • Managing and maintaining the individual prices and master file data of the assigned customer accounts
  • Taking ownership of the customer complaint handling by receiving, managing and forwarding customer complaints to the involved departments
  • Responsible for handling Customer Accounts Receivables
