Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders and order to cash related customer requests
  • Deliver customer value by end-to-end follow-up and satisfy customer requirements in order handling and delivery planning, aligned with Goodyear Dunlop processes and guidelines (specific procedures for some key accounts)
  • Work closely with Key Account Manager and Demand Planners as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to ensure key account requirements are met
  • Work closely with Supply Chain departments to cover special requests in compliance with standard procedures
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by driving company and supply chain strategy, measured by Delivery Performance / CTS / Customer Satisfaction / Claim Resolution / FC Accuracy-Bias-Sales Stability KPIs
  • Contribute to company and one team philosophy by developing communication skills, proactive mindset, and business expertise; identify and suggest service improvements
  • Order entry: receive and process customer orders, inform on product availability and delivery dates, offer guidance on ordering channels (Customer Service or e-Ordering)
  • Order Management: follow-up on orders and inquiries, ensure flawless processing, reliable confirmations, proactive internal coordination, report/monitor orders against forecasts and highlight deviations to improve accuracy/bias/sales stability
  • Quality Management: enter and process customer claims in QM module, drive swift resolution, provide timely feedback, understand Order To Cash areas (logistics claims, returns, billing, pricing)
  • Delivery planning: act as liaison between customer and logistics for shipping per requirements, manage delivery blocked orders, agree on slots/service levels/additional services
  • Customer Interface Management: establish strong relationships with key accounts, adhere to Service Level Agreements, complete associated tasks correctly and timely
  • Maximize sales and order fulfillment: align and sell the plan, guide customers through product portfolio, offer alternatives
