Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to manage large volumes of calls and problem-solve under pressure. Experience with Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus, and a startup-minded, positive, hands-on attitude is expected.
The Customer Service Representative will handle all incoming customer service phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and engage in live chat with customers. This role involves building relationships, identifying customer needs, clarifying information, investigating issues, and providing solutions. The representative will also act as a liaison between headquarters and different retail departments to drive the business.
