Responsibilities

The Customer Service Coordinator will respond to inbound communication within GRAIL’s virtual contact center environment, demonstrate ownership of each customer interaction, accurately document all interactions in GRAIL’s CRM software, enter and qualify customer and patient information into GRAIL’s LIMS, interact effectively with GRAIL’s call center software, document interactions clearly and thoroughly, maintain courtesy and hospitality, embody GRAIL values, communicate with others according to these standards, remain composed in conflict situations, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of GRAIL products and procedures.
