Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction by working closely with customer, product line quality team and other related functions
  • Provide on-site supports to OEM customer
  • Provide on-site quick analysis for any fail case in customer plant
  • Coordinate sorting works in customer plant and customer’s warehouse
  • Coordinate bad parts replacement and return with customer and plant
  • Keep daily communication with customer for any comments on products and process and feed it back to plant for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and communicate with customer for avoiding delivery risk with other related functions
  • Coordinate to provide customer product/service solution with other related functions
  • Listen customer voice and connecting with customer for any comments on products, process and service and feed it back to plant for continuous improvement and calming customer’s noise down
