Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in automotive sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, planning, time management, organizational, and computer skills are essential, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 25%. The candidate must legally operate a motor vehicle and reside within 50 miles of Philadelphia, PA, or be willing to relocate.
The Customer Resource Manager will develop and innovate solutions for a world-class customer experience, taking full ownership of customer issues from contact to resolution. They will utilize communication and problem-solving skills to optimize workflow, analyze data to support process improvements for dealers, and manage interactions with the Customer Assistance Center and field partners. Responsibilities include coordinating empowerment and goodwill initiatives, leading training, attending dealer and field team meetings, and acting as a Regional Liaison with outside agencies, including attending hearings or depositions.
