Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Genesys Cloud CX, Google CES, MSFT Dynamics 365 or Sierra, including hands-on experience implementing one of these solutions
  • Strong analytical skills for translating business needs and requirements
  • Ideally understand target state architecture for each platform (AWS, Google CES, Genesys CX Cloud, MSFT, Sierra) and ability to explain functionality and fit in enterprise architecture
  • Experience leading a team to collaborate with clients

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Develop a vision and business cases for transformation projects, highlighting the strategic value of Microsoft technologies
  • Design and implement AWS, Google CES, Genesys CX Cloud, MSFT and Sierra solutions
  • Plan and drive the implementation of solutions, managing project timelines and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and all appropriate reporting is in place
  • Collaborate across the business, sharing knowledge within the Accenture ecosystem to improve platform capability and leverage available knowledge
  • Shape and help deliver integrations of cloud-based customer platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, AWS)
  • Support clients to define a customer-first mindset, redefine customer journeys, personalize interactions, and re-invent the customer ecosystem
